Moe is super friendly and loves people and cats. He was initially left at the shelter and his owner was supposed to return for him, but he never did. Then Moe was adopted and returned to us a few years later when once again, his owner could no longer care for him. Next, he was adopted to a home with a dog, who he just couldn’t get used to. He really wants to find a permanent home and he deserves it!
