The Victoria County SPCA is a non-profit organization. We are able to continue to serve our community through the generosity of those who donate.
The Victoria County SPCA volunteers are responsible for raising money for all building upkeep, repairs, heat, food, cleaning, vet care, medications and surgeries. No government funding is available for these expenses.
To help with these expenses, we are looking for businesses or people interested in becoming sponsors of our shelter.
This is how your donation could be used:
- Bronze Sponsor– $100: Towards one spay or neuter, helping to control the pet population
- Silver Sponsor– $250: Towards the care of one cat for one year
- Gold Sponsor– $500: Towards the care of one dog or two cats for one year
- Platinum Sponsor– $1000: Towards the care of two dogs or four cats for one year
Depending on your sponsorship level, your business or name will appear on our website, on our Facebook page, and/or at the shelter.
Send us a Facebook message or email viccountyspca@gmail.com if you would like to become a sponsor!

We are hoping that all of our Facebook members will become official members! Sadly, animals are abandoned and mistreated in our communities each year. Every day, the Victoria County SPCA provides emergency help and shelter for animals in need. Your support as a Member of the Victoria County SPCA ensures that animals in our area continue to be protected from cruelty and neglect. With your help, we can create communities where all animals are treated with respect, care, and compassion.

WHAT IS PLANNED GIVING? Planned giving is planning now to make a financial gift in the future for the work of an organization. This gift could take the form of a bequest, gift annuity or life insurance. The Victoria County SPCA would be pleased to work with you and your financial advisor to design a plan that benefits the society, maximizes your tax benefit and meets your philanthropic goals.
HOW TO MAKE A GIFT TO THE VICTORIA COUNTY SPCA
In addition to remembering loved ones in your will, you can designate a portion of your estate to the Victoria County SPCA. Make a charitable gift by naming the Victoria County SPCA as a beneficiary of your RRSP or RRIF. Designate the Victoria County SPCA as beneficiary of a life insurance policy by giving the VC SPCA an old policy, naming the Victoria County SPCA on an existing policy, or take out a new policy with the Victoria County SPCA as the irrevocable owner and beneficiary. Establish a Victoria County SPCA Charitable Remainder Trust. Throughout your life, you will receive income from the trust, but upon your death the remainder will pass directly to the Victoria County SPCA as the beneficiary. CONTACT US FOR ASSISTANCE
